Niceville, another On The Bay community, is located on the opposite side of Choctawhatchee Bay (in relation to Destin)! This city and its surrounding communities, such as Rocky Bayou and Valparaiso, are lakefront living at its finest. The city of Destin is where you’ll find Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, Urban Air Adventure Park, The Track - Destin, and so much more. 

For those who live a more tranquil and relaxed lifestyle, there are other communities around the bay that will definitely appeal to you. Santa Rosa Beach is a quiet little community with beautiful forests and possessing gorgeous white sand beaches—plus both Gulf Coast and Choctawhatchee Bay access! As well, Santa Rosa Beach is only a 35-minute drive to downtown Destin—so accessing even more shops and restaurants is quick and easy. But Santa Rosa Beach has a great location! With its parks and attractions, including Eden Gardens State Park and Blue Mountain Beach, there’s so much to see and do in and around this area… and in any of the other, stunning On The Bays communities, too!
